The Tempest - Pendulum

Lyric:- 'You must have known the storm was coming, when clouds appeared' - Swire-Thompson

Song Choice:- I know I chose this song last week but after another day of changing lives, I've chosen it again as it seems really apt. You see, I find folk don't actually see the Storm Coming most of the time, me included, and mess things up, mostly their lives accordingly.

'Pride comes before a Fall', the saying goes...Certainly in running, you always feel your fittest just before you get injured or the flu I've found.

'Shit' just to comes along and hits your 'Fan' just when you weren't looking,  but why is that?

Well, maybe it's because we've got the blinkers on, head down, driving forwards at 100mph only seeing the finish line rather than looking around ourselves along the way ,checking for things in the rear view mirror that will give us a good sideswipe and then bugger off into the distance before we catch the number plate. If that happens in your car, there's always the insurance to fall back on, but there ain't no 'Life Insurance' available to repay the mistakes that we make along the way in our 'Life-Long Journey'.

If there was, the insurer would be paying out millions everyday...

Can you imagine the premium?

But help is at hand and all you need to do is to check out your own daily weather report and decide whether you are needing the sunshades and suncream on 'cos you are on fire with the world' or whether you need the 'wellies and sou'wester on' as it's time for some more stormy weather.

So with that in mind, I've decided that my remit is now to try and make the sunshine in my own Average2Awesome way and help folk make the clouds go away and make the sunshine ALL BLOODY DAY LONG!

How cool would that be?

Amen.
