Push it - Salt 'n Peppa

What a quad busting, ball breaking, side sliding, mudder f***** that was. The Pilgrim Challenge certainly lived up to its name and I just ground out mile after mile of mud and hills in a nice 10 minute tempo pace.

The key to the day was heart rate management and running sub 130 really helped keep me on task.

I'm glad that ones over and hope that I can repeat the feat tomorrow :-)
