Syncronicity 2 - The Police

Too much hair, sand and sun for Cardiff...

I could take a lot more today as a matter of fact but there's a busy week ahead with 4 x 26.2 milers to contend with and I'm going to Park Run at Cardiff tomorrow morning.

This means that I've had a nice break today from running myself BUT I did have a very enjoyable time coaching local runner, Sarah Morris in the gym at aspire fitness for the Marathon des Sables 2014.

It's always a good session and I'm sure with our help Sarah will do well out in the desert next April.
